It works I like how slim it is. The only negative I have is that it’s too small for a charger to be put in it.

Worth it! Perfect for my son!

I just received the amCase hard carrying case for my 2DS xl, and its almost perfect! It seems to be sturdy and well-made, fits and protects the console well, and is color-coordinated with my turquoise 2DS xl. I already have a large hard-sided case for storing my system, charger, games, and extra styli, but that case takes up too much room in my suitcase when Im traveling. So I bought this one to cut down on both the overall weight and amount of space the other one takes, and its great for that purpose. My one beef is that even though the description (and a reviewer or two) say that the charger fits in this case with the console, an actual Nintendo charger is too thick. If you have a USB-type charger with virtually no thickness to it (i.e, just a USB cord with the end that fits into the console) that should work, though. Ill either buy one to use with this case, or just carry my regular wall charger separately in my luggage or purse--this case is just too nice to pass up!

My son has been using this case for over a year it’s still in like new condition. It’s used every day. Great Buy!

A good simple case for cheap. I may look to purchase on that can fit the charging block and games slightly better.

This case fits the Nintendo 2DS XL perfectly. Its not too bulky in design, and the materials used seem to be a good quality and the hard shell is durable. This case doesnt have enough space in the mesh pocket for the charger to also fit if thats something youre looking for. I personally prefer that that case is a little slimmer for day to day use. There are 8 pockets for games and a larger mesh pocket. Comes with a clip on lanyard.

Very good case for new 2DS XL. It is sturdy enough to protect against small falls. It has 8 slots to store games. Color and style designed to look just like the 2DSXL.
