Finally upgraded and this processor with a good hard drive is fast enough for 90 percent of the population. However if they are running a promotion and you are expecting a game code, forget about getting it through Amazon. Been in contact with customer service 5 times and they just dont know what it is or how to help.

Excited to build my new pc however as i open the box the fan is there but not the CPU so I checked the whole thing and nothing.

Its crazy how cheap fast processors are getting. With a decent enough GPU, you can easily run ANY game out right now at medium settings. This is a fantastic bang-for-your buck CPU that you probably wont have to replace in the next 5 years.

Upgraded to this from my 2700X. Ive seen as much as an 80% jump in single-threaded performance and around 10% (before PBO) in multi-threaded workloads. For £25 less than the price I paid for the 2700X, this processor is amazing. The perfect chip for SFF gaming builds!

Had a first generation Ryzen and it was time to upgrade. I have been building systems for several years and did not run into any issues. Used some of my old hardware to complete the build. Did have a few issues registering Windows 10 since it was an upgrade, but only took 30 minutes to get everything running after build was completed. Just make sure to have your Microsoft Account up to date.

Anteriormente tenia un I54400K con overclock a 4.0 GhZ que paso a una mejor vida y me opte por este que es mucho más nuevo y según promete ser más bueno para los juegos pero todo lo contrario, con los mismos componentes a exepccion de placa y procesador me va un 30% peor en todos los juegos, intente hacerle overclock pero las temperaturas se van por los cielos y no es tan bueno eso. Para tareas normales de maravilla, para juegos pesados 2/3.
