This is an amazing cpu for gaming. Awesome price. Runs a heavily modded Skyrim and Fallout 4 very well with an RTX 3070 gpu.

The CPU is very stable and never crashed once, and gave me an uplift of 120 to 200 fps in r6s after upgrading from ryzen 2600. One issue is that the stock cooler is not good enough if you live in a warm area or if your planning to overclock. Also if your reading this then get the intel i5 CPUs since AM4 platform is offically dead, and the intel cpus right now are best bang for the buck unless the 5600x is on sale

Hits the ground running fast and only gets faster if you wanna start over clocking. Note the Ryzen master software isnt available for this chip currently.

Would just like to state that I bought this right before newegg did a sale of the normal 5600 at 140 but I kept this because if you factor in not buying on amazon/getting 2 day delivery this is worth the $200 price point. Also, I was able to do the bios flashback on my msi b450 a pro max with ease so if youre worried about that dont be; youtube is your friend its extremely easy to do. Lastly its just an amazing feeling knowing I can go from the budget cpu I bought 2 years ago to a high end cpu with ALL THE SAME OTHER COMPONENTS is the reason I will always stay AMD.
