Recently upgraded from 2600x trust me If youre on a budget and looking for a good 6 core processor which also has multithreading! Ryzen5 5600x is the best in the market for the price. You can even pop it on a b450 motherboard as well if you have updated the Bios of the motherboard. But as the price of Ryzen processors has dropped down quite a bit i suggest you to consider Ryzen 7 5700x as well as 5800x

Upgrade for my wife coming from a R5 2600 to the 5600x it was a huge improvement and about time since I had a spare motherboard laying around that supported it.

I was getting access violation here and there. I had to apply for warranty, and AMD replaced the processor promptly. The replacement was perfect. Note that the one sold to me here was faulty hence the low rating.

I was using a Ryzen 1700 and needed an upgrade. I cant believe how fast this is compared to that 1700! Its probably double the speed using less cores. I have seen a huge FPS increase across all games, and my system is so much snappier now. Load times are also faster, even using m.2. Installation was easy and it posted first try. If you need an upgrade, Ryzen will give you massive bang for you buck!! 10/10 excellent silicon!

I received the CPU as shown in the picture. No factory box and certainly not factory sealed. This looks like an OEM version which is usually sold to computer manufacturers in bulk to be installed in pre-built computers. Note that AMD does NOT offer any warranty for OEM CPUs, so buyer assumes all of the risk. This was advertised as a standard retail version, not an OEM version. I am very disappointed after waiting months for one to become available.
