When I bought this it was £270 and its very good value for money and great for gaming. I upgraded from a 7700k and when playing bfv I dont have the horrible microstutters I get in that game and apex legends as well. Doubling my core count for less!

Por el precio es el que mejor rendimiento te da, tanto para juegos como productividad en la gama alta. Sobre todo en las tareas multihilo, sobrepasa a los Intel i9 por un precio mucho menor. Además se ve muy padre con el disipador con LEDs configurables. Puedes ponerle otro enfriador, pero con el que trae de fábrica cumple muy bien para mantenerlo en temperaturas aceptables. Totalmente recomendado.

Great processor, probably even overkill for gaming. Wraith prism cooler looks great and you can change the lighting effects, easy to install. Zero complaints would highly recommend considering the value for performance you get at the time of writing this review.

Me gusta el rendimiento del procesador , perfecto para hacer streaming y jugar al mismo tiempo. En actividades diarias también tiene gran rendimiento, se ve claramente en la edición de video. Dependiendo de tu tarjeta madre podrás hacer que gaste menos con perfiles de energía economizadores, pues puedes bajar su velocidad al vuelo.

If you are willing to pay more than $200 for a CPU (but less than $500) this really hits the sweet spot for price/performance. (It was just under $300 when I bought it.) I do a lot of photo and video editing, as well as run long complicated mathematical models. So I am using a lot of cores for long periods of time. This is currently the highest performing Ryzen processor that runs at 65w. Everything above this draws nearly twice the power. To put this another way, anything more powerful than this chip would add another $50/month to my electric bill because my computer is working constantly. Just something to keep in mind when you are comparing prices. Of course, I am writing this in October of 2020 and soon AMD will introduce a whole new set of CPUS and we will have to start the price/performance comparisons all over again. But for now - this is the best bang for buck if you need a lot of cores and want to be as miserly as possible with the power cost.
