AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 12-core, 24-Thread Unlocked Desktop Processor

Well I knew I would never get a PS5, so I upgraded from a 3700x instead! Received the processor with 2 slightly bent pins, but I was able to carefully bend them back so it would seat correctly. This CPU is insane, but it comes with high temps. I have an EVGA 280mm AIO cooling this beast, and I was still hitting temps around 65-70 degrees Celsius (compared to my 3700x @50 C) when playing Warzone. I couldnt imagine what the temps would be with a non water cooling system. My system is a bit snappier, but I noticed a huge increase in performance with compression. Overall happy with the upgrade, but docked a star due to the bent pins and poor quality control on AMDs part. Also... That price tag... Woof...

I decided to get a few new pieces for my custom made computer and ended up trying a Ryzen processor for the first time. Its been great for performance, Ive gotten a noticeable amount of fps in all games since I got this processor. My only problem with it is the temperature seems to randomly spike to a high temperature for a few seconds before stabilizing back down at the normal temperature when it is not under stress. Overall a decent first experience with a Ryzen CPU.

Idk how to write a review on a cpu but here yah go. Computer gaming is 1000 times faster with this thing. I ordered it at 10pm and somehow an Amazon delivery driver deliver it at 3am to my doorstep

I had the Ryzen 7 3700x and I do a lot of 3d modeling and video rendering and it was pretty impressive but i should of waited at the time for Zen 3. I wasnt sure if it was going to be a worthy upgrade since AMD is changing their socket for the next generation but the rest of my PC is top of the line components so i thought it would hold me over for a couple years no problem and I think I was correct. This CPU has cut my renderings almost exactly in half which has been a huge time saver and we all know time is money.

Think I managed to land a god chip. Overclocked it to 4.8ghz.

Came sealed no damage, good pricing first time going AMD and I can say Im glad I did paired lovely with my new 5000d airflow and b550 pro ac

great processor, performs extremely well regardless of what i throw at it. do not buy from scalpers. MSRP is 549, and not a dime more!

day after day this CPU is fast enought to recoup any price over Intel! thanks AMD a CPU that help me win a lot

its a 5900x and it does its job well not much more to say really.
