Greater than one weekThis is exactly what I was hoping for. I use my pc for productivity 90% of the time, gaming 10%. Going from a 3700x I was a little concerned that it was not going to be a jump in performance worth the money. It was a bit costly but I am satisfied. Web surfing is pretty much instantaneous now. Software such as fusion 360 and ultimaker cura load up twice as fast along with what seems double the speeds in rendering. Since 99% of the reviews are about gaming I am not going to talk about that but I am sure this is releasing a bit of bottle neck I had with the 3700x and my 3080ti. Good buy to hold you off a couple years if you have the extra cash.

> 3 dayI used to care about my CPU usage. Why is svchost using 13% all the time? Why is TiWorker using 25%? Why is Taskmgr using 0% one second and 3% the next? What about all those Chrome tabs? Modern computers are such resource hogs!!

> 3 dayI bought this to get the most out of my AM4 socket instead of Ryzen 7 3700X. The system is now visibly faster and all my multi-threaded code flies like never before. It also allowed me to overclock my ram with DOCP that didnt work and cause crashes on my previous CPU. I also saw it going to 5.2 GHz on a single core a few times. Best upgrade I made so far. It is a bit hot, but I can generally keep it under 80 on air even under heavy load.

> 3 dayLet me start off by saying that AMD and Intel both have there ups and downs. You cant go wrong with either brand. But you WILL need to put in a tremendous amount of work if you want the most out of AMD!
