Greater than one weekLove this product. I am a beginner, I paint every day. I like the way i can squeeze out a small amount at a time and not waste paint. i wish they included green instead of black. I have to mix yellow and blue or buy a single tube. I dont use black much. If find that if I dip my brush in a dab of water this paint acts like watercolors if I need to use watercolors of thinner paint. Have bought twice and will buy again. The larger size is too much paint for me. I like this size tunes even though they go fast. Maybe I will upgrade next time. Got this last set for my birthday. Happy painting everyone.

> 3 daythe least expesive way to get Amsterdam paints, and since they are primary, you can mix your own colors.

> 3 dayMy son was taking an introductory painting class in college and needed some additional colors. Loved this set as it was not expensive and provided the primary, white and black colors he needed. Arrived on-time and as expected.

> 3 dayI bought this set for my daughter for her HS art class because I though it had all the colors she needed. However the red is not a primary red color but a “primary” magenta.

> 3 dayExactly what it should be. They are the actual and true primaries. Cyan, magenta and a true primary yellow. I think a great many people believe red and blue are primaries. They arent. From magenta, cyan and a mid yellow any color can be made. Which makes this a great set. I wanted a heavy body acrylic. That is what I typed into the search. I didnt read the description. So when I got this I was pleased that they were the true primaries but a little bummed that they werent heavy body. HOWEVER, with that being said, these arent water and bland. They work great. Also, a little hint: if you do need them to be more thick, opaque, heavy, etc just add a bit of corn starch. Itll thicken and opaque it right up for you. Without chalkiness and without lightening. So really, with that tip, one is able to get the best of both worlds with this paint. Absolutely would recommend and Absolutely will purchase again.
