Anagram Cow Shape Mylar Foil Balloon, 30 Inches

I ordered this for my sons birthday party. I took it to a store to have it filled. I left the store and a block away it was deflated. It didnt pop or make any noise so Im not sure what happened. It was in the back of my SUV. I went back to the store and they informed me they cant over fill balloons because their tank shuts off automatically. And if it was over filled it would have popped right then. I ordered it more than a month in advance but I stored it in the house in the basement. So not sure what or why it happened.

I bought a bunch of balloons similar to this for a birthday party. There were no rips or holes. I brought it to wal-mart for helium, which was really cheap.
