The product is sturdy and easy to assemble. I could not find a 2/4 stud on my wall but it’s hanging on solid wood material. I had the product more than a month and it has hold very well. I have one 5feet 25lb Olympic bar and a 15lb curl bar and no issues holding it. Browsing around amazon and other websites this product was the best for the money.

Do not use the provided screws, they are very cheap and will strip almost immediately... The rack itself is solid and should hold up well over time.

This was perfect for my small home gym to hang up bands and other fitness gadgets
