Angelus 4-Coat Finisher, 1 Ounce Bottle, Matte (902-01-000)

I did everything the instructions said..from dye to paint to sealing. TWICE! My adorable boots are totally ruined.

I used this as a top coat to a pair of heels I painted for a wedding, it rained during the wedding and the top coat kept perfectly!

Worked perfect looks great

Works great as long as you read it and use it for whats it meant for.
