This silicone mat is truly heat resistant and I love to use it all the time I also taketraveling with me as well comes in handy every time I do my hair

Perfect little case for hot appliances such as hair straighteners and curling irons. Its silicone, so it wont melt when a hot appliance is placed on or inside it. When the case is not in use, its flexible, so it doesnt take up much space at all. I recently took this with me on an out of town stay as I knew Id be using a heat styling tool in the morning, and immediately packing up my things to go. I felt confident that this case would protect both the counter top while I was using my tool, and later, protect my goods and clothing inside my luggage when I put away a hot hair straightener.

This heat mat works great! Some of my hair tools don’t have a stand. I’ve been hanging them over my sink so they don’t burn my countertops. I got tired of doing that and decided to order a heat mat. This can withhold a 450 degree tool with no problem. When I lifted up the tool and the mat, my countertops still felt cool to the touch. I love that this mat also opens up and you can put your hot tool inside of it. It makes traveling or storing away really easy. Both sides are the same and have the extra squiggly lines for better protection. I would definitely recommend this heat mat.

These pads come in handy for those extra hot Hair gadgets. Slip proof and they dont melt when in contact with my irons. Great investment for home or beauty shop.

Nice size Silicone Mat that is also a pouch for hot hair tools. I use this to provide a safe place to set down my curling irons and flat irons. Very handy!

I accidentally left my flat iron on the countertop for a couple hours on top of the silicone mat. I was so glad that I had this because I didn’t burn the countertop. Underneath, though the counter felt really hot. So the mat did a good job at keeping it from burning, but it didn’t stop the heat transfer. If you need it on a surface that is very sensitive to heat, then this probably will not work for you. But I was thankful that it did give some protection.

Ive been balancing my hair straightener on the edge of my sink for over a decade so that it doesnt burn my counter top. Who knew that something like this was going to make my styling experience more convenient. ha! I love that I can set this on top of the mat while Im straightening my hair and then when Im done, I can just toss my straightener in the pouch and store it away. It protects my counter and I dont have to worry about my straightener falling off my sink onto the floor. The size is larger than I expected and works perfectly for my needs.

My wife always leaves her curling iron or hair straightener on the tile floor after she uses them to cool. She doesnt like leaving a hot curling iron on the counter.
