Animal Crossing: New Horizons

I remember Animal Crossing for the GameCube, and my family and I had a blast playing it. The new version for the Switch brings back that nostalgia with the same fun, but an updated story. A simple game that provides hours of entertainment and fun.

Animal crossing new horizons is a relaxing, chill and very detailed game. You can tell the creators put a lot of time and effort into it. The “grinding” factor in other games tend to be boring but in this game it’s super fun. 100% recommend.

It’s starts off cute, however it gets really repetitive very quickly. And the length of time you have to wait for items to be done is longer and longer. It’s a cellphone quality and style game for an extreme price.

I ordered this game the Monday of Thanksgiving week, and it got here on Wednesday even though the expected delivery was Friday! It was an unexpected delight. As far as the game goes, I am addicted!! I think about it far too often and make to-do lists for the next day since there’s always so much to do and I get distracted with other things! It’s very fun yet relaxing, and I am so glad I got it!

Super fun and popular in my house!

This game is cool if it’s played offline. But the online game play is so appallingly bad that I have to give this one star. There is no way this can be acceptable and I feel like it’s Nintendo just giving the middle finger. You shouldn’t have to wait every time someone arrives or leaves from the island. Sometimes you are literally crippled every 10 seconds. You can’t even get to the airport to leave the misery. I am a software engineer and there are a million ways around this. Game ruined. Non negotiable, has to be fixed.

Bought this for my grandson. He loves this game.
