I have always found ankler to be quality producers, this item felt like quality, solid and secure. It fitted into both my husbands car and my own but while it worked in his car no problem in mine I have to twist it around to make contact, for the power to come on, it will come on and off throughout the charging process making it a bit hit and miss as to wether my device charges or not. I don’t know why this problem should occur in my car but not my husbands. Both are same make and model type. I have an older charger that protrudes up quite high from the cigarette lighter top but it charges my devices no problem.

Wie bereits auch in anderen Rezensionen angemerkt wurde, kann ich nur bestätigen, dass die USB-Stecker recht schwer in die Buchsen gehen ( habe dies mit div. Steckern überprüft ). Sofern man das ANKER-Ladegerät in den Zigarettenanzünder steckt, lässt sich der USB-Stecker nicht abziehen, da dieser so fest sitzt, das man auch das ANKER-Ladegerät mit raus zieht, wodurch man 2 Hände benötigt. Da ich das Teil nur selten einsetzen werde, kann ich damit leben. Auch wenn man stets die USB-Kabel angesteckt lässt, dürfte sich der Ärger in Grenzen halten. Für diejenigen, die ständig auf das Laden im Auto angewiesen sind und häufig den USB-Stecker abziehen möchten, sollten lieber ein anderes Produkt wählen.

Initial product received wouldn’t charge phone. Anker reached out for input and I told them, they immediately sent me a replacement and followed up with me to make sure it was working.
