This product worked exactly as expected, but unfortunately I did exchange it for a different Anker charger (to no real fault of this one). I found having this plugged in, to be a bit heavy and easy to knock out of the socket. Instead I opted for the Anker 40W/8A 5-Port USB Charger PowerPort 5, Multi-Port USB Charger that comes with an extension cord so I can place the charger in a stable place and run the cord separately to the wall. Dont let that sway you from buying this if you dont think youll have the same problem, I swear by Anker for all of my chargers and batteries and this worked great otherwise!

I was disappointed with this product I ordered from Amazon. The main reason of my disappointment is that despite the nearly perfect customer ratings, including some that stated this wall charger works with the Samsung Galaxy S7 phone, in my experience it is much slower than the original charger that came with the phone. I made several tests, with my phone battery at different levels; the Anker charger does the job, but it takes 30% or longer than the original charger, using the original cable. The charging time increases if other devices are also connected at the same time, despite the 40W rating. I bought this Anker charger as an alternative to carrying multiple chargers on trips. While it seems to work well for other devices (iPhone S7, S7 plus, iPads, etc), the Anker charger is much larger and heavier than the original chargers: it is as large as four iPhone chargers together, and probably heavier (I do not have a good scale to verify; I will try to add photos later). On the positive side, it seems to be another quality product from Anker, and to be able to handle different devices at the same time. I just wished that it charged my Galaxy S7 faster, and it were smaller and lighter.

Works great

This is a great product for any frequent traveler, or just someone that wants all of their devices charged in one area. The power block arrived in the typically awesome Anker packaging, and feels more solid than any power block Ive received with a device (including Apples power blocks). I ordered this along with 4 six foot cables (2 micro USB, 2 lightning) to use when I travel for work.

We own multiple devices and having a single multi port charger makes it very convenient and space saving approach. With the IQ feature all my devices are getting changed quickly and safely. This is the second one Ive purchased and I think the quality is exceptional.

Anker products just plain work and are awesome.

This does everything it says it is. Anker is great product. I’ll buy more of this brand when I need it. I would recommend it to anyone.

Works great!

Another excellent quality product from Anker. This is what I use always when travelling with my [2 iPhones (6 & 6s Plus), Apple Watch, iPad & Anker Portable Charger 13400 mAh] to charge them together. With its 10W each Port the charging is quick and all I need is one socket in any hotel to get all my devices juiced-up PLUS I just carry this 1 wall charger instead of carrying 5 chargers. Its price makes is quite high in India since its imported by stand alone importers. But its quality or use is a no brainer. A good quality power adaptor required for its American 2-Pin socket to hold it firmly as its weight (which by no means is much) is enough to cause problems with the no so well built ones otherwise. Just buy it, one will never regret it!
