I will say that using these purely as headphones they are great, I enjoyed them. However that is not the sole reason I got them, I planned on using them for voice/video calls across multiple applications (Discord, Zoom, Teams). For most wireless headphones you have two options, setting it to Headphones which is purely audio and Headset which allows you to also use the microphone and be on a call. Headset only worked 3 out of 10 times, you have to be doing something with Audio (headphones mode) then switch it to Headset and pray that it works. Sometimes it takes a few moments to pick it up but more often than not it did nothing and just gives you garbled static. I tried to find a solution only to be shown that this problem is in multiple models, not just the q10 but also the q20. The forums were littered with people having the same issue I did with no clear solution other than the problem lies within the fact that it is not compatible with many of the drivers (which allows devices to work properly). Even forcing a roll back, going to an earlier version of the driver, did not fix this problem. After nearly 90 minutes of trying to fix this I decided it wasnt worth it and I returned them. Maybe this issue has missed some models, some pairs of headphones, and you should take this with a grain of salt but I was severely unhappy with the fact that these did not work.

I was loving these headphones UNTIL the left ear stopped working. Unfortunately this happened 9 days after the return window closed. What I did love was the smart button layout. The sound clarity and quality was excellent. The battery life was suburb, I would use it for 3hours with no need to charge. Now I am not sure what to do with a headphone that plays music out of one ear!?!?!?

First off, I let Anker products break-in a bit before writing a review. To start I wasnt impressed, bass was THUNDEROUS and quite loose when I first got these, and bass was overpowering the other frequencies which were consequently subdued. After about 4-days break in, bass has mellowed a bit and the other frequencies are now more dominant. In normal mode, bass is still a little on the heavy side however. Im paired to my Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 running Poweramp as my media player. I also noticed that the headphones do not reconfigure for 24-bit reproduction plus sampling speed, (44.1 KHz) is fixed too. Unlike my two other Anker products which do reconfigure. The headphones are very nice to wear, although glasses bows can chafe after a bit. The casques fit entirely over my ear and seal nicely, which makes the bass response powerful. Highs are not quite as sharp as on my Life Pro P2 earbuds, but they are there. Biggest advantage: BATTERY LIFE is incredible and battery recharges using USB-C instead of the easily damaged micro-USB format. These headphones have all the characteristics of a good over ear headphone system, imaging is very good and the sound is all around you. These are durable and will stand up to long hours of play in total comfort! A note about the color: This is the wildest color scheme Ive ever seen on any headphones! Sort of a Apricot with blue-purple as the two colors. If you cant handle the bright colors, the black or red ones might actually be better for you. These were listed as blue. Overall, not bad for the price and the casques have qute good natural noise reduction, these don feature active noise cancellation Q20s andQ30s have and dont port to the Soundcore app. Although I like these, I think a little tighter bass damping plus being able to configure for 24-bit audio would also be nice!

I really love these headphones. They just work, and the battery lasts forever. Theyre also really comfortable and fold up. Its hard to explain, but sometimes headphones that fold can be like floppy or something and that drives me nuts. These lock up nice and tight when you unfold them.

A Like its sound quality and Clear. Good bass. Long lasting battery

I own the Red/Black Q10s and the black Q20s and I love them. Ear pads are very comfortable, they connect quickly to devices, sound great, buttons are easy to use and the battery lasts a long time! Update 2023-03-12 The left speaker died a few months ago. Daughter is annoyed by them. My other q10 and my q bc 20 are mostly fine. Still a big Anker fan.

La calidad de audio es excelente en este rango de precio muy bien bajo y voz clara, esta bien balanciado, ademas son comodos de usar carhan muy rapido y ina vez cargados olvidate ño puedes usar por horas y horas sin tener que estar preocupado por la bateria, pense en comprarme otros audifonos pero realmente estos siguen funcionando genial y la duración de la bateria sigue estando muy buena 0 quejas

Sound is very quiet through Bluetooth and aux. The bass function is cool though. I wouldve expected more from $50 headphones, theyre more like $15 headphones... Returning them tmrw.
