These are not complicated devices and are very well built. The size is also very good as they are small.

Works find converting USB TO USB-C, but on MacBooks (at least the touch bar MacBooks), it will drain your battery even during sleep. This is an issue with the MacBook, not this converter. Just be aware if your computer battery is at 0% in the morning.

As newer laptops are more frequently providing only USB C inputs and ditching the traditional USB A size, were all searching for the best adapters. Ive tried several brands / styles now, and this one from Anker is the only one that seems to have the perfect fit for side-by-side connections. All of the others Ive tried are too wide to accommodate 2 adapters.

Kind of stiff on both sides of the connector. On the USB A side my had to use some force to get the Flash drive in. The drives (I ran multiple test with different drives) I used works fine with all other USB 3.0 type A ports on my laptop and desktop. Same happened with a USB 2.0 type A drives on this adapter. Same goes for the USB C end of this adapter. On my laptop, it is pretty hard to get in and take out. I feel like I might break the port.

I needed this adapter to connect a speaker to my laptop. It was just the ticket.

I bought these because my new laptop only has usb-c and I didnt want to buy a new mouse. Works as expected and is nice and compact. There are cheaper options, but Anker is a brand I trust.

Great USB-C to USB adapter and very well made. Has a power indicator light.
