If you have a MacBook that only has USB-C ports, then these are a good investment. These seem to work better than the ones I bought on eBay.

Works find converting USB TO USB-C, but on MacBooks (at least the touch bar MacBooks), it will drain your battery even during sleep. This is an issue with the MacBook, not this converter. Just be aware if your computer battery is at 0% in the morning.

The adapters were packed well for the shipping to Hawaii. Good bang for the buck.

Well made, very small, small enough to leave plugged in on my Surface Go to have a normal sized USB port.

This adapter (and the previous version which I own) does everything as advertised. The build quality is great, the performance is great, theres just one flaw with the design. Using this adapter with a phone requires removing the phones case, as the connector is flush with the body of the adapter. The connector does not reach far enough into the phone to function without removing the case. If the connector was 2mm longer, or the body was designed to fit case cutouts, this would be 100% perfect. The adapters included with my last couple of phones fit with a case, but are USB 2.0 only.
