I have tried the cables in a number of plugs, both are completely useless. I am livid. £30 for NOTHING!

Ive ordered Anker cables in the past and find them to be one of the best around.

This product has been amazing, it’s very tough and durable, as well as very fast at charging my devices 10/10 would buy again

When I first got them I didn’t notice anything wrong. The next week, one of the cords stopped charging reliably. It’d be plugged in and turn on and off for no reason. I thought maybe my phones charging port was first, nope, tried other devices. Now both are useless and the return window is closed. I have no issues with the anker usb-a to lightning port ones. So I’m not sure why these were so bad.

I typically never write reviews but I’ve had a very positive experience with Anker Direct. All of my cables have been exceptional quality. I did have one cable that quit working on me and contact Anker support. They worked with me and sent me a prepaid shipping label to send the compromised cable back to them. They in turn sent me a brand new cable that is working great. They certainly standby by their lifetime warranty claim. I will not purchase a power bank or cable from anyone other than Anker.
