> 3 dayWhat I received is not a USB to Lightning connector. It was a charger to Lightning connector. In other words, it does not connect to a standard USB port. I dont understand how it advertises as a USB connection.

> 3 dayI had no problem going right to this product, after seeing an article in the NYT, touting its worth. I have used other Anker products which I loved, but after this cord fizzled within two months of purchase I was quite disappointed. I was more disappointed with the poor customer service from Janae. She said they would exchange with the same type cord (when I asked to purchased a newer model cord) because it was outside of the 30-day warranty. I think it is awful that there is only a 30-day warranty on this cord.

> 3 dayI’m a big Anker fan. I have many of their products and they work great. I’ve even had to contact their customer service department and they have been fantastic. I needed a new cable and didn’t want to really splurge on the price, but decided to because I bought a really nice Anker battery charger. I must say, this cable does not disappoint. My phone charges super fast and it impressed so many people. The build quality is outstanding, you can tell right away when you hold it. Super pleased with this purchase.
