> 3 dayThis item was listed as a recommended purchase when i was buying security cameras so i added to the order so we could put the cameras further back on the property...but this do not connect to a DVR it would only connect to the cameras, which we did not need to connect them to each other so they were completely useless and a waste of time and money

Greater than one weekDon’t buy this cable. They are too thin so easy to break. One cable was broken by the stabler and one was burned while in connect to the camera. Two connected without full functions in the screen. I need to replace them all! Waste my time and money!

> 3 dayWorks well for interior run CCTV installations Make sure to protect wires from damage during installation. These are not durable as typical more expensive cables, but close since now most of the China made imports are skimping on materials to help the price stay friendly. I used to install alarms and CCTV back from 1999 ~ 2002 and our 4-con Alarm wire (like phone wire) and general Coax using BNC connectors were tough. You could drill and pull these wires with force without fear of breaking. 20 years later trying to do the same work with the same tools, but the materials we buy now are weak and easy to fail. My point is I ruined 3 cables just running camera wire in the attic and thats on one install. when it was my job and using the tougher materials. That happened once in a blue moon if you hit a metal stud or something. These new wires will sheer, stretch and snap like licorice on a warm day if you hit a snag in your wire pull. JUST BE CAREFUL because it is ULTRA-frustrating to unclog a broken off wire from a hole already made...and I doubt the manufacturers will ever return to well-made materials and design...as we circle the drain of de-evolution from a product point of view.
