> 3 dayI recommend it to anyone who loves to be prepared and carries a very compact bag to school! I got a chance to use the umbrella and it worked fine, However, I dont think its sturdy enough to handle excess wind because it was wobbling during the storm. Anyways it is a perfect umbrella for the summer or for rainy days that arent super windy!

> 3 dayFeels very sturdy and well-built for an umbrella, probably the sturdiest of all the compact ones Ive had. So far its only rained once since receiving it, but it opened right up and did what an umbrella is supposed to do. Press the button and it comes down, too, but you do have to fold it back up to close it fully. So far were very happy with it. Would definitely buy again.

21-11-2024I like to always have an umbrella for the unexpected rainy days. Now that texas has rain, I pull out my new umbrella and on the second time of use, one of the little sticks that supports the actual umbrella broke. The seemed firm because they’re metal but it snapped on opening. I don’t know why. Very disappointed. It’s a nice umbrella and it’s a good size to carry inside the vehicle and not bulky all all. Now I need to find a different umbrella that doesn’t break as easy. Hope this helps you make a decision for your future product.

Greater than one weekReally good umbrella that survived the insane winds we get in Berkeley despite being turned inside out twice and guarded me against the rain. Worth it.

> 3 dayThis umbrella is definitely sturdy and good quality, but the tradeoff is that its definitely heavier than most umbrellas, so carrying it around might be a little bit more inconvenient than other typical umbrellas. The open/close button works well, although the umbrella is definitely somewhat difficult to close - the open/close button will open the umbrella fully, and if you press it again it collapses the umbrella, at which point you have to manually slide it shut to the original closed position. The manual slide is where you have to exert some effort to push it closed. All in all though, I appreciate its good quality, both the umbrella and its sheath case.

Greater than one week“I’m from Seattle— I don’t need an umbrella.” First of all, that’s a lie. Lived here all my life and you won’t catch me without an umbrella on a rainy day here LOL. This umbrella has been great so far. Strong, sturdy & hasn’t flipped upwards yet on me in the wind.

> 3 dayThis umbrella is great and pretty well built. I usually use this for summer and winter. With the rain season approaching and the hot summers, this is definitely a good thing to have. I am not a fan of the hot sun or the heavy rain. The umbrella is pretty sturdy and I tried a wind resistant test and it holds up. Short of a tornado, it does not flip inside out from just sheer wind force which is nice for those windy rainy days. Even with the heavy winds in the bay area, this umbrellas held up pretty well. It does have enough room for max of two people and will cover the person however depending on the angle it will not cover your backpack. I tried walking around with this with my backpack on and the backpack still got a bit wet but I stayed bone dry which is nice. The switch is nice to have to collapse the umbrella. I am very happy with that. I do not have to close the umbrella down when my other hand is carrying my bag or books. It does not happen to splash water when it closes but careful when you reopen it. The button is not super sensitive. This is great because you will not be walking and all of a sudden the umbrella closes or opens on you. The water runs right off the umbrella and it does not take super long to dry which is nice. What is nice is that I am able to brush off most of the water making drying a lot easier. It does also come with a cover when it is being stored so you can keep it looking neat and organized. Overall I think this umbrella is great to have for sunny or rainy weather. It is light and compact while allowing for full coverage.

> 3 dayThis umbrella is great but I gave it four stars because it cannot handle winds very well. When it’s raining and windy, it feels like it’s going to break but I’ve used it in windy conditions but didn’t use it very long because it felt like it was going break. Otherwise it’s very good.

> 3 dayI immediately went outside to test my new Anntrue Umbrella and it opened perfectly. I had a little trouble closing it though and thought that it was jammed. When I pushed the button to close, it only closed half way. The elongated rod was still extended and the button did nothing. I was at the Oh no! moment, taking the umbrella back inside. After manually extending and closing, the jam finally gave and my new umbrella is now perfectly closing also. I will update after 1st rain. I bought this because last week I was drenched in the hurricane so we will see about sturdiness! ***UPDATE*** So far, my Anntrue Umbrella has performed flawlessly in regular rain showers. Here in Fort Lauderdale, we have been fortunate to miss the last 2 major storms but it is our turn! Thank God, hurricane season is almost over. If and when one does hit my area, I will be sure to update on how my umbrella held up in 60, 80,100 mile per hr winds! We ll see.
