We bought these for a trip to DisneyWorld with a 3 & 5-year-old. We tested it out at a local mall first. The links are very well made of thick material that isnt too heavy. The reflective tape works well in dark spaces inside rides or at night. It worked great for the 5-year-old, but we never could get the wrist strap small enough for the 3-year-old. Fortunately, she stayed close so no issues. We think well stick with the harness for the little one and use these when its more convenience and not security we are looking for. We also found the shorter one works better with these kids. The long one allowed them to get too far away making it hard to control them in a crowd. It may be OK for kids that arent so prone to run after things!!

This worked perfectly for our Disney Trip for my 3 year old and 5 year old. They are fairly easy to use and pretty comfortable.

I was really excited by this product and loved the look and feel of it. The lock was a big plus BUT my son was easily able to maneuver out of it. The clasp that locks is left way too loose and he was able to slip his fingers under it to open the Velcro :-(. But all in all this is great for smaller toddlers. But my 6yr old with impulse problems who tries to run off was too smart for it :-).
