Works straight out of the box just as described. Had no issues getting it up and running, the privacy mode is a great feature. The included HDMI extension is essential, given how bulky the TX and RX are. The main downside is the width if these wireless devices, they may not fit without an HDMI extension, and the box comes with only one. It’s also a bit of a hassle having to plug in the power supply so close to the HDMI, but for the most part this isn’t too big an issue. In terms of functionality though, it seems to be just about as good as using a wire. Very pleased with the performance.

This wireless HDMI transmitter/receiver set is truly plug and play. The units are paired at the factory, and they come with 2 USB A to C cables, since each unit needs DC supplied.
