Capricorn Bowden tube fits snug. Works on ender 3 v2. Comes with two sizes m10 worked for me.

Great connectors. No lock clip to go under the release like the stock ones, but these hold in place MUCH better and feel a lot more solid. 1 of the 20 pieces came broken, but still a good value for the price.
