> 3 dayComes with cute bag to carry them around in and came with each puzzle individually plastic wrapped. I took them out of box and placed them, in plastic, in cloth bag to gift. Seems durable with great number of peices to complete each puzzle - perfect for little ones just learning to put things together. Two year old instantly wanted to play them and theyre cute!

Greater than one weekI had previously purchased a similar (vehicles) puzzle set for my kiddo a while ago, but this one is so much more colorful and visually appealing. I dont see what some reviewers are complaining about -- in terms of quality etc. -- but my kiddo has been playing with this set non-stop since he got it (again, this is exactly similar in quality to the other puzzle hes had for a while), and it has withstood all his enthusiastic and energetic handling thus far. I personally thought the puzzles were all toddler-safe. (My kiddo is a young toddler.) The snails eyes or the owls feet, perhaps, are a cause for concern for some parents? It is my suggestion that parents inspect each puzzle to determine appropriateness, *prior* to handing it to your little one. Each child is different, so taking this simple measure is better than discovering in a moment of panic that some pieces pose a choking hazard to your kiddo. There are 8 different puzzles, but not all of them have tiny pieces. Unsafe puzzles can always be introduced at a later time, when the child is better equipped to play with such pieces safely. I didnt see any cracks, sharp edges or burrs on any of the individual pieces or the base. The base seems to be made from some kind of plywood or fiberboard (definitely not wood), but the puzzle pieces seem to be wooden. I believe these kind of visually-appealing, yet, appropriately-challenging puzzles are really great for a childs brain development and motor skills, in addition to being so much fun. Also, IMO, I felt this set was real value for money, because you get 8 different puzzles for around the same price as some other sets (which only offer 6).

Greater than one weekThese are fun little puzzles. I bought these for 2-3 year old children and they enjoyed them. I took a sharpie and outlined each piece on the wood bottom they fit into so it would be easier for the kids to know were the pieces went. Best price I found for wood puzzles.
