I just got this item, but it seems to be functioning as desired. I assume all of you who are considering this product have cats like mine, who dont want to drink from a normal water bowl. Many cats prefer moving water just like this. I havent looked yet for carbon filter replacements, I hope I wont have any trouble finding those.

This is exactly what I what I was looking for. I love the small compact size. The stainless steal keeps the water nice and cool. It’s very quiet, I bought it for my cat but even the dog uses it. That’s a plus!
