I like this monitor but I didnt realize it was going to be a 27 by 69. Quality material is good and I had no problem setting it up. No bad the price either.

So normally I don’t write many reviews, but since this item doesn’t have many and I took a chance with Aopen since they are mostly a point of sale equipment company. I feel like I owe them a review for this product. So first off it is a step up in pricing from the cheap $170 freesync monitors with B stock (quality control failed) Samsung panels. I purchased one of those first, and let me tell you, that was a mistake. The refresh rate was well below advertised and it was subpar, so I returned it and purchased this. In terms of display quality and performance I’d put it up there with $350 monitors I’ve used for over $100 less. The monitor is sharp, bright, and the black levels are better than anything in this price range. For gaming it’s perfect, for productivity it is perfectly acceptable, and you’d be crazy to buy anything else.

The screen on this monitor is cheap. It cracks super easily and I wouldnt recommend getting it if you ever plan on taking it somewhere.

This is a great monitor for the price! There’s no reason not to get this monitor if you have a budget for gaming.

Bought directly from Acer. Shipped quick. The panel itself is nice and is a great buy for serious gamers. The speakers are absolute garbage and a complete waste. The mechnanism for tilting and raising/lowering seems cheap and I dont expect it to last. Overall a decent monitor for a gamer on a budget.

The screen flickers pretty frequently. Nothing drastic, but noticeable when I’m in a menu for a game. Doesn’t seem to happen when I’m in game though.

Faint lines started after 2 months, now a big black spot in right corner and shaking lines both vertically and horizontally ... trying to figure out the warranty with the company is a joke and they even state that they may charge you for diagnosing, seriously?? Not worth the aggravation or expense of trying to return for warranty...
