I ordered this monitor (165hz) 1 year ago and ever since then it has been a really good monitor. Colors are good and quality is good but I could never figure out why my monitor would not output more than 144hz. I used this same hdmi cable that was provided. A few months I went through the serial numbers and etc and found out it was a 144hz model and not 165hz model which was the version I had ordered. I wanted to get a new model or a refund but I think its too late. Just beware of getting sent the wrong model, check for this issue instantly when you get it.

Descent monitor for a curved one. Video quality is pretty good. But if you stand or sit towards the side of the monitor you can see the light coming from the bottom of the edges when there is no video coming through or when the computer is off. Not a good sign.

Received a damaged screen with a visible line across the top of the screen that runs edge to edge. No replacement is available. Customer support was great, but their hands were tied of course, as far as replacing. Had to accept a partial refund. Live n learn I guess. Save yourself a headache (and a lot of waiting) and get your monitor locally.

Wasnt sure if Id like curved monitors to be frank. But Ill have to admit these are beautiful. I bought these to replace the poor choice in monitors that I purchased from Amazon recently. The flicker on those things was down right nauseating yet the manufacturer proclaimed them to be gaming monitors. Anywho, what a blessing these have turned out to be not even one day in. If that changes Ill be sure to update this.

Works very well. Im especially pleased with the build-in reticle. No complaints.

Easy set up , came in with no damages and the gaming quality is great.

The curved glass detached from frame on top , 90% except corners, i siliconed it. I think the glue they used is not good enough, after 10 months this happened. I think picture quality is good. My first cureved LCD and this happened..

Missing power cable. I had a spare and I like it for what it’s worth but unfortunately I didn’t receive the cable necessary to actually use it. Amazon wants me to return the item but I don’t want to go through that whole process when all I need is one cable, since I still want the item.

the screen was coming out of the monitor and when i talked to customer support they said it wasnt covered by the warranty and said that I damaged it 2/10 do not recommend now I have to play with the screen likes this and its keeps sliding off.
