> 3 dayLove these breathable watch bands for my Apple Watch Series 7 45mm. They are however a littl but too long so I had to trim them. Normally the s/m bands fit my tiny wrist on the second hole snug. No big deal with these I just trimmed a little off and it worked perfectly!

Greater than one weekThey are comfortable and fairly easy to change. It takes some getting used to in order to get the band closed. Now that I have done it a number of times, I dont have any problem with closing the strap, with a comfortable fit.

I have no problem adjusting it to fit and it doesnt cause any rubbing or sweating due to how breathable it is. Its comfortable to wear for long periods of time and even to sleep with.
