I have used this for years and works great when adding water to the aquariums.

Although my inexpensive goldfish did not cost very much when purchased as tiny minnows at the pet store, now they are 9 inches in length, a wonderful golden-orange color, playful and always eager to be fed. I add the Stress Coat whenever Im adding water to the pond from our garden hose connected to the local utility. I highly recommend this product.

It is exactly as advertised. Because my gold fish were developing white spots, I am now adding this to my pond after adding city water to it. Dont know if the spots disappeared on their own or it was this product, but I am going to continue to use it!
