I realized to late to return this piece of useless trash. Their app doesnt work with android and this is definitely not plug and play.

No matter what we did Alexa could not find this thing. It works from the eFamily app, but it does not work with Alexa.

I love this brand and all of the Wi-Fi service protectors I have work fantastically. I could never get this item to continually work. Ended up getting rid of it very disappointed in this only buddy search protectors are the best

Ive set up several smart homes for myself and family members so I get how this works. Out of the box this was a struggle to pair with the network. Once I got it paired it lasted for about 3 weeks and I was never able to get it to pair again. I was using it to toggle a table lamp, nothing major... just testing it. The documentation is horrific. Theres no tech support. Youre stuck with nothing.

Maybe Im just not smart device educated, but I cant get it to work. Ive followed the instructions as stated, but it wont work.

I have it hooked up to my fire tablet echo Google home and general network it took less Then 10 minutes to connect it to all those devices and my phone And I can use any of the devices to turn off and on whatever I plug into it whenever I want from wherever Im at I am definitely gonna buy more its worth every penny and unbelievably easy set up

Did not connect, app is not helpful. Will be returning immediately. Bad product.

I could never get it to recognize or sync with the app that I was supposed to download to go with it. My husband whos very tech savvy tried, and he couldnt get it to work either. Not pleased at all. Waste of money.

I use these on all of my 3 d printer so I can shut it off when I’m at work

It wouldnt connect with Alexa. App was difficult to navigate.
