Apple AirPods with Charging Case (Previous Model)

I see a lot of reviews on here mentioning third party sellers and issues with AirPods, which caused me some concern. I ordered these a few weeks back (Jan/2019), received them promptly, and can confirm that they are authentic.

Purchased these. Paid top dollar for apple brand product. My right ear bud quit working a month after purchase. After making several attempts to address this issue with apple, Amazon and a local Best Buy as my service location I get zero results. A constant run around from everyone. I must go wait in line at a Best Buy for several hours for them to possibly send to apple. Why can’t apple just replace these things. I’ve been a loyal customer for many many years and this has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I spent almost $200 for top quality product to get absolutely no resolution to my warranty needs as a customer. I would like a refund or replacement set. I’ve been driving around with only my left ear since less than 30 days of purchase. This has gone on too long, well over 5 months and no results. I never complain about anything. But this is absolutely ridiculous. I don’t have time to drive over an hour to Orlando and wait to see if someone will help. I purchased online because my schedule is busy. I’m a very loyal Amazon customer and they haven’t attempted to make this right. Very upsetting.

Awesome price and amazing service, when they got here they were a little dirty but that is to be expected as I had bought them used like new. They cleaned up nice and work very well thank you!

My AirPods are amazing no regrets it’s super easy to pair don’t fall off I’m am very satisfied with them!
