Apple iPad mini 7.9 inches (Early 2019 ) 256GB, WiFi Only - Space Gray (Renewed)

Cant be to harsh on the ipad, was refurb item and sound didnt work when I received it then the real fun began. Returned the ipad and case I also purchased to ups store for return and was fine. Now a month later I have still no refund or ipad . It appears ups mixed up the items and Im now waiting for some sort of resolve to the problem.

I inspected the iPad immediately when it came, expecting possible scratches or imperfections, but it was in practically perfect condition. Had some issues syncing with the current iPad at home, but I think it was a software issue. I installed the latest OS on my home iPad, attempting the sync, and it prompted the new device to also download the latest OS, and afterwards it worked.

This product worked as it should have for the first two and a half months after starting to use it. Then out of nowhere one night it didn’t charge. After that, it will charge for about three minutes and then shows “Not charging.” Have used three different chargers, and bought a new plug in and lightening cable and nothing. This is an expensive piece of junk.

The charging port/data connection malfunctioned and per Apple, the unit needs to be replaced. I logged on 3 times to attempt to resolve the issue with AMAZON and the seller to no avail. Super disappointed.

I bought renewed and it looks brand new. Battery optimization is still at 100% love it. Bought it to use procreate.

This is the first refurbished item I’ve purchased and so far I couldn’t be more pleased! It arrived on time and came in mint condition with no visible scratches. I charged the battery to 100 percent. All apps came up too. And I appreciated the fact that it upgraded to the current apple operating system! And I really love the size. I got this to replace my Kindle. And the best of all was the price. I really didn’t want to pay the price for a new one nor did I want the jelly roll feature. And I still can use the Apple Pencil with this mini iPad 5. I’m looking forward to using this great mini iPad !

Works fantastic! Battery life has been great. Came in great condition. No scratches dents or damage. Came with a screen protector. Love this mini ipad.

Great sized iPad. I was hesitant to go for the mini but am glad I did. I’m also very glad I bought Amazon renewed, the product arrived with no external damage or internal issues.
