It too me a while to this scanner to go. Its not like you can just plug it into your laptop and start scanning. It took me a long time to find someone to help me. Took a while for the program to download, but once you get through the trouble, the scanner works really well!!

I needed a scanner and wanted to try a stand alone one (as opposed to one that is part of a printer/scanner/copier). I settled on the Brother DS-740D, and once I found it worked for my needs, I then found I needed some way to protect it and keep it clean and dust free. This case fits the unit perfectly with room on the lid for the cable. Great solution to keep this unit clean and protected.

The scanner fits snugly, the lid has a net to hold cables, it zips and unzips easily, and protects well. In short, it simply works well.
