I have purchased 3 of these because they work so well when my kids are sick with a stuffy nose. Unfortunately, one of my kids misplaced the nozzle that aims the water vapor and the machine was unusable. I sent a note to the manufacturer and they offered to send out a replacement with zero issue. It arrived promptly and we are back in business with the machine! I couldn’t be happier with the experience. 10/10 customer service! Thanks again!

Let me first say that my product leaked so my review is based off of the fact that I returned mine because it leaked all over my dresser. I was able to fill the water basin, but as I was turning it on, it overflowed and started spilling out the sides. I thought it was because I didnt screw the knob on correctly, but it was on and not stripped or crooked. I know mine was a defect, and shouldnt deter you from buying the product. The noise level, was quiet and wasnt loud. The output I never got to see because it was leaking too quickly. The only thing that I was on the fence about was the size of the basin and why I didnt replace the product because I thought it was too small to run all night and not have to refill immediately in the morning.

This is a great small humidifier. It is very easy to fill, puts out a great stream of mist and will turn off when empty. I am glad we bought it and recommend it to those looking for one to set on a dresser or small table without any mess.

This is a very small, but effective, misting humidifier. It is mostly good, but I do have a couple of observations after using it for part of a day and overnight. First, it is impossible to totally fill the already small tank. Even if you add water to the point where it starts to overflow as you fill it when you turn it over and put it on the base, a significant portion of the water goes into the base so that the tank is about 3/4 of the way full before you even turn it on. Second, you absolutely have to use the cap/spout, otherwise, it just shoots a cloud straight up into the air that then comes back down and gets whatever you have it sitting on wet. The cap allows you to control the direction the mist goes and makes it finer so it is not just a huge cloud of water. Third, if you dial it up to full power, which is pretty much required if you have a large room (especially if you also have vaulted ceilings) it will not run an entire night. I turned it on at about 8:30 PM and it was shut off before I woke up in the morning. Finally, it will shut off even when there is a bit of water left in the tank and there will be water in the base when you take the tank off. Just be aware of that because if you lift the tank without being careful you will get water on the table or shelf you have this on. Ultimately, I do think that this is a good deal, but, for $30 it would be nice if the tank was a little bit bigger so that it could run longer. I do like the auto shut-off feature when the water gets low so you are not running the motor when it is not doing anything, which should allow it to last longer. That said, the big plus is that it does not require a filter, so you do not have to keep paying to use it after you buy it. And, you do not have to take it apart and risk breaking it in order to clean the parts that need to be cleaned from time to time. So overall, it is a good deal.

Last year I ended up with Covid, and didn’t want to go out … Amazon to the rescue! A friend said a humidifier would help immensely, so I bought this one. Easy to fill; I used distilled water so I wouldn’t have to worry about cleaning it all the time. You can adjust the amount of humidity, so it runs most of the night. Shuts off when the tank is empty. Works great, so great that bought a second for my son since it was so dry in the house this past winter.

I recently had triple bypass heart surgery. Recovery necessitated my sleeping on my back with my feet above my heart and resulted in breathing thru my mouth. Dr. recommended cool mist humidifier to help alleviate that problem. This product does a great job, is easy to use and clean and easily lasts thru the night for 8 hours plus. Good buy and would recommend to anyone who wants a better nights sleep.

Highly recommend! My husband loves sleeping with the fan on and it usually gets me stuffed. But with this humidifier, my stuffiness from the fan is gone. That’s a plus! Only thing i will say that I don’t like about this product, is how it leaves pink stuff. A little hard to clean.

This cool mist humidifier is wonderful. Its very very quite. The fine mist shoots out about a foot diagonally in whatever direction you set the nozzle. Its perfect for a west coast winter, where things can get very dry. I use regular water with this, it works just fine. And I cleaned it with regular dish soap. Its also very easy to load, but the opening to add water is at the bottom. But the cap didnt leak when I turned it right side up when I set the container into the base. The unit is small so its perfect for one room. But even for my apartment is was still plenty.
