AquaTeak Patented 24 Sumba Teak Shower Bench with Shelf

It did not take me long after moving into our apartment to realize the importance of storage solutions in a small shower and the necessity of having an elevated space when it comes to shaving. Sitting on the shower floor while shaving my legs just really was not cutting it for me...lol. So I ordered this shortly after we moved in and it has been one of my absolute best purchases for the apartment! It was super easy to assemble and the overall product quality exceeded expectations. It looks beautiful in the small space we have and has held up incredibly well. I do occasionally treat it with the teak oil that is sold separately by the same company but it does not take long to do and Ive only done it once or twice in the past 5 or 6 months. Ive seen in some of the product pictures that the stools are sometimes kept outside of the shower/bath but ours stays on the inside, just against the wall that is opposite from the shower head. It still does get wet but I try to wipe it down with a dry washcloth if it is exceptionally soaked for some reason. I do store a lot of bath products on the shelf but I definitely learned the hard way that the bar soaps I use need to be placed on a little plate or something... the only imperfection on the stool came from me leaving a bar of soap right on top and it got slightly discolored. Overall, the product itself is really beautiful and worth the money in my opinion!

Love the bench in my shower and it’s great quality BUT I started to smell something after about 2 moths of using it. I looked under the beach to clean it and it was growing mold. I always rinse it off after every shower and this still happened. This is so dangerous and could have been way worse had I not caught it sooner!!!

Wanting a shower bench to match the quality of our newly-remodelled bathroom, I spent weeks researching every teak shower bench available on the internet, and ultimately settled on this one. In a word: Wow! Its truly gorgeous. The teak is a rich, natural color, the design well-proportioned and extremely pleasing to the eye, and the craftsmanship superb. And, best of all, its comfortable! Rarely have I been this happy with a purchase. My appreciation to AquaTeak for such a beautiful and outstanding product.

Shower seat and shelf

I ordered this bench two days ago and received it today (Saturday). The bench is fantastic quality and was extremely easy to assemble. I was concerned when I ordered it that it would be too small, but it is perfect. Communication from Aqua Teak was very good and obviously my order was shipped very quickly. According to the order tracking, this order should not have arrived for five more days, much less Saturday delivery. I am very impressed with the bench quality and Aqua Teak!!!

Wrong size Allen wrench sent with the item. Took two hours to put together. Very sturdy once put together.

I needed a bench for the shower in or guest bathroom. This is the perfect bench. It was frustrating to assemble, but the quality of the bench is worth the frustration. It’s beautiful.
