Yes the product leaks when being delivered but the bottles are in a plastic bag. You just have to clean them. I don’t know why they leak cause they are sealed. I was prepared for this after reading the reviews. It was a great deal and I didn’t want to have to go to the pet store. The cap has a measuring cup so it is easy to use and my fish seem good with it.

Good beta water conditioner. I like that I don’t have to wIt half an hour to put the fish back in like with other products. I give it about 5 minutes

Rather than using bottled purified water for my bears tank, I use two water dosed with this stuff. My fish seems perfectly happy in the water. I will say that I allow the gallon bottles of treated water to sit with the treatment for at least a week before I use it. JIC.

One of the bottles had a broken seal, so I threw it away.

This water conditioner works well for my Beta fish.
