I like Thais product because it’s practical.

This umbrella is very sturdy and well built.

Used it right away and it holds water when it’s closed so don’t tip it or store it upside down. If you press the button to close it but don’t finish by pushing it all the way down you can’t pop it back open, you need to fully close. Not a dealbreaker but just know this. I am glad it closes and opens just pressing the button, it’s fast and I stay a lot dryer.

Nice and big. Does what it’s suppose to. Very durable.

Hello. I purchased 3 umbrellas from you. This particular one seems to be defective. It won’t stay shut. I’d like to exchange it please. Kindly let me know the steps. Thank you in advance.

Rib stitching broke upon first use. Operation instructions were great, but the end ribs curl upward upon opening instead of downward.
