20-11-2024Comprata perché con il dissipatore sempre arctic mi era stata mandata in bustina e sinceramente non me la sentivo di metterla senza siringa. Usata facilmente e richiusa per utilizzi futuri. Le temperature sono una 40ina in idle e tra i 55 e 65 gradi in game. Il gioco più cpu intensive che ho provato è stato Rainbow Six Siege. Le temperature che avevo prima sfioravano i 70 e il dissi girava come un pazzo. Ora va molto meglio. Processore i7 8700

> 3 dayI bought a used T440p, which I noticed had its CPU cooling fan kick in high frequency, especially when scrolling up and down on Safari. CPU and the heat spreader had a generous amount of thermal grease applied, and it looked good, but wiped it off and applied my nothing-special thermal grease and put back in. No change; the fan kicked in just like before, at the same frequency. After doing a bit of online research, I found this and another thermal grease with almost cult-like followers.

> 3 dayDropped my cpu temps by about 20 C. My old termal paste was dry when I took it off and this stuff seems to be very good quality and is still going strong. I only used a small amount so hopefully it lasts a couple of years, because I dont know what to do with the rest of it haha. Maybe Ill paint a picture with it or something ;-)
