Greater than one weekIt performs well with the heat the cpu creates the temp is usually around 90 to100 degrees depending on what Im doing. It does what its supposed to so far used it 3 times 2 with a bad motherboard (3 Pins bent ) and one with the one it has now. I have used Artic silver and its a reliable thermal compound compared to others top of the list.
