It isn’t worth it to save a little and get so much less than going with a quality thermal paste. I’ve used this product for many builds, consoles, and getting more life out of older graphics cards.

Greater than one weekI had some problems with my Convertible because it overheated basically while doing nothing. Since I replaced the thermal paste I got 10 to 15°C down on average. Its still hot but thats more a problem of the cooling. At least now the fans are only a leafblower and not a chopper any more :)
