I AM SO IN LOVE WITH THESE!!! No joke I’ve only been using them for a couple day’s but wow the difference with these and other ones is crazy! And the fact that is comes with a workout plan and and an eating plan for free is just great. I highly recommend this product to anyone whose trying to build their booty

Girls bands are too light, these ones are heavy duty. They stay in place doing leg extensions, leg press, hamstring curls, deadlifts, romanian deadlifts. I would like to see heavier resistances made by this company.

I have been using the bands for a couple of months now and absolutely love them! I decided to add the Arena monthly training programme alongside my regular training to really target the glutes with the bands and so far really like it, glutes are definitely activated :). Its great that one can do the programme at ones own pace as well. The Arena trainers are super responsive in the FB group and its motivating to see other peoples progress and results there. Highly recommend both the bands and the training Arena offer.
