11-06-2025*Christines husband here* I had a blue one for my metric set. Needed a red one for SAE set. Sockets stay on well as long as they are a nicer set if sockets. Some of my cheapie ones fit a little loose yet do not just fall off.

> 3 dayAll the corners were curled up along with the edge of a side. I wasn’t about to cry about it, i straightened it out and Called it a day. BUT in the process all the paint on the parts I bent back was lost.

> 3 dayIm the type of guy that builds small to medium sized tool boxes for dedicated purposes. A go bag for each hobby essentially. But as life went along I got rid of some of my hobbies and it just made sense to consolidate. This here socket holder has had a big part in that. Initially I bought one. How foolish... Ive got two now with several additional clip purchases. lol. Yeah, expect to buy more clips. Speaking of which, the 3/8 clips have held onto my assortment of heavy sparkplug sockets without a fuss. They also store the ridiculous amount of 10mm (5) and 1/2 (7) sockets I have just fine. As youd expect, this 80 socket model does get rather heavy when you load it up completely. Not much you can do about that. The convenience factor of being able to move that many sockets at once is undeniable though. I use to store my sockets on individual rails or in whatever holder the sockets came in. This definitely feels superior, though I wouldnt put this 80 socket contraption on the concrete when Im under a car. For me, its too big and heavy and tends to get in the way as it just doesnt want to move. Seems there is one manufacturer of this specific model. Ares, Mechan Tools, OEMTools, and Olsa from the looks of things are all distributing the same item. Definitely a well built product.

> 3 dayI dont regret my purchase as it functions nicely. Though I would have preferred the options of being able to buy, or receiving some extra socket caps. I just dont need two full rows of 3/8th and only one row of 1/4 and 1/2. So its just 4/5 due to lack of customizability.

> 3 dayGreat tool to keep my sockets organized. Had an old Craftsman set in a zippered pouch with elastic bands that had gone flimsy, so every time I opened it up, I had sockets everywhere, and not organized. This is sturdy, holds the sickest well, yet they are not too hard to get off. Nice to be able to add more clips for other sizes if needed. It held my old kit, plus a new 1/2 inch kit with room to spare.

> 3 dayI have 10 of these trays both at home and at work. I would buy 10 more. theyre sturdy as hell and very easy to customize. I spray em down with brakleen and the finish stays good. converted a coworker to them and hes coming up on 10

> 3 dayAll my sockets in one organized place. Seems sturdy enough. Sockets plug on and pull off with the right amount of force. Handle works to hang it on my tool wall. Holds lots of sockets 1/4, 3/8, 1/2.

> 3 dayExcellent organizer for sockets. I put the most commonly use standard sockets on this one and purchased separate bars for metric and less commonly used sockets. They stay in place, held well by spring loaded mechanism. Nice to be able to grab one tray and have most everything I need. Sure beats prior (lack of) system of open draw and spend 1-5 minutes looking for the right socket.
