> 3 dayPurchased four of these mounts to attach LED uplights to the frame of desk with plexiglass top for use in a television studio. The lights shine upward through the clear desk top to fill in shadows on the face. Mounts are working perfectly. Holds the weight of the light fixtures without slipping and easily allows for adjusting position of the lights when needed. Was exactly the right mounting device for this application.

> 3 dayWe used these for our pet cube cameras and we love the adjustability they provide us. We have one on a wall and one on a shelf. So far so good.

> 3 dayI use it to mount a camcorder on a high shelf in a film studio. That particular camera is used for a wide angle and isnt necessary to be adjusted. The wall mount is perfect for the job!

> 3 dayNice unit, but the post for mounting the camera is very, very short, Its shown accurately in the photo - as you can see, there are maybe 2 or 3 turns of the screw before you hit the washer. I thought the knurled knob would turn and expose more of the screw, but it does not. Unless the place where the screw is inserted is flush with the surface of the camera, you will not be able to mount the camera. The only way I could mount an Arlo, for example, because there is a slight recess, was by removing the washer. I have lots of cameras, camera mounts, tripods, etc. Im not sure why this unit elected to have such a short post. I would not trust an expensive camera to hang from the unit with only two or three turns to secure it and I imagine many cameras will not work because their mounting socket is not flush with the camera surface.

Greater than one weekThis thing can handle weight. I am not kidding. I had my camera, jig box, flash and battery on it and it did not give up on me. panning, rotating and it help up. Very nice. I purchased 2 already and will buy 2 more for my church. It have various knobs to allow you aim it to d desired direction. Left, right, up, down, degree bent or tilted u name it. Go for it. Just make sure the (base) 4 screws are on a stud or firm.
