I finally opened the box yesterday to find that the white screw nut was missing from the mount. Very disappointed. Next time I will open product sooner because I now have no recourse.

This mount didnt work well for us. It didnt allow us to really adjust the camera all that well. It LOOKS like you should be able to turn the camera to ANY direction but that wasnt the case. We wound up not using it in the end.

Should be height adjustable. Very awkward to use with the camara. Unless Im doing something wrong.

Works great. Havent had any troubles.

All threads should have been a bit longer. Relying on the tightening plastic nut doesnt give me a warm fuzzy when installed at heights. Great product otherwise.
