Art Plates - Chat Noir (Black Cat) Switch Plate - Single Toggle

We just painted the inside of the house. My wife is a cat person and had an old cat switch plate for the kitchen light that had a cat on it. The cat resembled one of her favorite pets from years gone by and over the years it has suffered from lots of wear. Chat Noir is one of her favorite pieces of art. This plate was perfect as a no occasion gift.

A lovely way to make a mundane thing special. Some reviewers mentioned that the paint on the screws kept getting stripped from driving it in. Just use your fingers for as much as you can and then put a tiny bit of masking tape or painter’s Tape around the edge of the screwdriver. That does the job. And change out toggle for a black one if your existing one is white so it blends in with black cat nicely.
