Hello. I just received this item today, so I havent actually used it yet, but there were a couple things that came up while unpacking and setting up. These things were mentioned as negative parts of previous reviews, and almost kept me from purchasing this particular container. First and foremost, check to make sure the container is right side up before pulling a drawer out! Im sure you can imagine what happened when I did not check that! LOL There was mentioned in other reviews the issue of missing bottle caps. I had multiple bottles missing their lids, also. But when I starting organizing the containers, I found each of the caps wedged into the bottom of each drawer. The manufacturer BARELY put the lids on tight enough to keep them in place, it is easy to see how even the mildest of jostling can cause the lids to fall off and drop to the bottom of the drawer. The next issue for some of the other reviewers was the bottles moving all over the drawer when you take just one bottle out because they fit so snuggly in the drawer. And how this causes the user to have to readjust the remaining jars in order to replace the first one back into the drawer. I found a quick, and easy way to fix this. Each drawer comes with a fairly sturdy piece of cardboard with the ARTDOT logo on it (see first photo). This card fits perfectly in the top of each drawer (I assume to help hold the bottles in place). I took each the cards and cut evenly spaced strips approximately 1 inch wide. I then placed these strips between each row of jars. Voila! bottle stay in place! Easy, peazy. The only negative at this time, for me, is I bought two containers, wanting to stack them. It would VERY helpful if the manufacturer made them so they can sort of lock into each other. Not enough of a negative for me to remove a star, since it is just my personal preference.

Love this set up. Fits my beads just right and I can see the colors I have. Only complaint I have is that the jar lids are some twisted and have a hard time coming off or closing. Other than that, great value for the $

Loved the 1st one so much decided to buy another one. Well the love for the second one not so much. There seems to be quality control issues due to the top of the container being broke. Im thinking manufacturer issue dont recall seeing any broken pieces in the box.

The drill holders were exactly as described and very easy to get into. I loved how easy the make it to store the drills in a way I can select my drills at choice. Have

I love this! I’ve filled all but one pot on the top drawer and still have room for so much more! funnel is meh but that’s what I expected with this type of storage case

I am new to Diamond painting and this product has been very helpful to me. I’m able to easily organize my needed items for easy access. I also like that it doesn’t take up a lot of space.

I love that it has 96 bottles so that I can kit up a larger painting.
