This is a good case, but it has no sides to it. It also will only stand up if it is full.

This is a great storage bag for markers. I guess I shouldve checked the measurements closer because the markers my son have are too long by half inch. It seems very sturdy.

I ended up returning this case because I couldnt figure out how to set it up to use it as a stand-up case. I have a pet peeve with companies who sell products without providing any directions on the product listing or in the product packaging. I spent some time on my own trying to figure it out and then decided it wasnt worth the effort. The other thing I didnt like about this case are is that its fairly big and bulky and it was hard to find a place to store it at home. Also, the 4 velcro flaps (which I wasnt able to figure out how to use) which are part of the non-removable section fold over into the pen holder area and cover up some of the pen slots, so I felt like it would be a pain to store and retrieve pens from those 4 areas. In theory, this seemed like a good case to hold all my markers, as I do own a lot of them, and most organizer cases seem to be made for storing colored pencils rather than thicker markers. However, it didnt work out for my needs.

The 72 and 144 slot bags are for thick alcohol markers, like copic sketch. The 108 slot bag has much smaller loops and is meant for thin markers, like tombows. Please check the pictures before you buy. I bought a 144 slot and a 72 slot bag, direct from the Arteza website. I own Ohuhu (honolulu series), Copic Sketch, Artify, Blick Studio Brush, Art-N-Fly, Touch Cool (square barrel), and Chameleon markers. Chameleon markers are too tall, which is to be expected. Artify markers are a tight fit (hard to slide in/out), and I fear that the notches on the top edge of the caps will end up snagging and ripping the elastic loops. The rest fit beautifully, come in and out nicely whilst still holding them snug. They do not slide around in their loops. The Ohuhus fit is absolutely perfect. With that out of the way, I also want to note that customer service was fantastic. My 144-slot bag came with some of the loops in one row snagged and starting to fray. Useable for now, but those loops will eventually fray further and then Ill be out 5 or so slots. I messaged Arteza on their website and within minutes, they processed a replacement 144-slot bag, for free, to be here within the week. The 72-slot bag was fully intact and undamaged. I noticed a review which showed the bag folding under its own weight and collapsing. I was worried, but mine does not have this issue. Full or empty, it stands up straight due to the rigid, sturdy sides. Please note, though, that ideally these kind of markers should be stored horizontally. I just store the bag on its side. The bag feels sturdily made. There are a few loose threads but nothing that compromised anything other than looks. The clips are great and are adjustible, so it can hold the bag tightly no matter how full.

Bought this holder for my husband who has a lot of Copic, Prisma, and other types of markers but specifically for the Copics. As you can see from the pic the Copics fit in the holder quite nice. He was even able to get some of his Prismas in there. Thinking about buying another one for the rest of his set.

Wish I had bought more then one during Prime !! It stands up fine when full I have 248 pens inside You just have to put one pen not two in 3 slots on each side The smaller ones fit 2 per band no problem If your sick to death of tins full of markers that are 3 trays deep that slip all over the place this is your answer !!! Remember it’s made to keep your markers , pens safe and organized . Not China tea cups !!! I will be buying more even if they are more expensive now .

Arteza is a brand Ive come to trust over the past few years after purchasing a number of their art supplies, so when I was looking for a case to hold my 3 sets of Sharpie Ultra-Fine pens (24 in each set, 72 total), I didnt hesitate to order this case. Its the perfect fit -- all pens fit snugly into the elastic loops and the entire case is sturdy and well-made. No complaints at all -- very happy with this. Solid value, well-made -- perfect!
