> 3 dayWorks fine but needs a pen holder. I had to add one to make the board useful. I also put on some non-slip material so I could mount a tablet without it sliding around.

> 3 dayGreat kneeboard for all pilots with most of the important information on there. However, it is a little small for regular notebooks and other documents.

> 3 dayIm not sure how I managed to accumulate almost 10 hours of student flying before getting one of these. if youre a student, do yourself a favor and get this (or any) kneeboard right off the bat. Its a small, sturdy, glorified clipboard with a leg strap. Makes taking notes and writing down ATC instructions painless.

> 3 dayI try to keep things as simple as useful in the cockpit. I don’t need a kneeboard with “features” I just need a solid mount to let me take notes. This kneeboard is perfect for that. The aluminum is thick enough to be solid but thin enough to be light. The pen holder in the elastic band is well placed, and the spring on the clip is strong but not too hard to open. The added VFR “cheat sheet” is handy without adding clutter or complexity. If you don’t need it you can ignore it. The elastic strap is perhaps a bit large for my thin thighs, but I’m pretty skinny. Otherwise, zero complaints.
